BOOKING POLICY

BOOKING CONFIRMATION Once your booking request is submitted, we will connect with you for a personal consultation to discuss your bridal vision and service details. If both parties agree to proceed, a deposit of $100–$200 will be required to secure your date. Upon receiving the deposit, a confirmation email outlining all details will be shared. Your booking is considered confirmed only after you reply confirming your agreement. TYPES OF HENNA We offer Instant (Colored) Henna, Organic Henna, and White Henna for different occasions. Please note that organic henna stains may vary based on individual skin type and aftercare. For complete confidence, a trial session is recommended prior to finalizing your booking; which is chargeable (this is only recommended for brides to be). ARTIST COMFORT AND EXPERIENCE To ensure a flawless outcome, the bride agrees to provide a comfortable seating arrangement, adequate space, and minimal interruptions. The flow and precision of the design depend on stillness and limited breaks during the session. TRAVEL AND ACCOMODATION Travel costs are not included in bridal or destination booking packages. For GTA bookings, travel will be charged as an additional round-trip fare based on the total cab cost. If a pick-up and drop-off arrangement is kindly provided by the client, no travel charges will apply. For destination bookings, all travel and accommodation expenses are excluded from the service fee and must be arranged or covered separately by the client. GRACE PERIOD AND LATE START We understand wedding-day timelines can be unpredictable and offer a grace period of up to one hour. Beyond this, a $30 fee will apply for every additional 20 minutes of delayed start time. Any remaining balance (if applicable) will be due on the day of your appointment and should be cleared before the artist leaves. CANCELLATION POLICY Deposits are non-refundable and non-adjustable. If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited. Deposits cannot be transferred to another date, time, or service.
